General Terms & Conditions

If you wish to use our website, please follow these terms and conditions;

Bespoke Sessions

Once you have agreed your garment, and paid your deposit this is non refundable. Garments will be made and given to you in perfect condition. We cannot be responsible for any damages or losses once the product/garment has left our premises.

Booking a Sewing Session

Due to the nature of our Sewing Sessions and the limited availability of places, we take full payment at the time of booking. Full payment is non-refundable once taken. However, if you are unable to attend the Sewing Session you are booked onto then please inform us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date which is suitable for you. You may send someone else in your place if you prefer, however you must let us know in advance, along with their contact details (name, email address, telephone number etc.) so that we can arrange for any details required for the session to be passed on to them.

Our right to cancel a Sewing Session

In exceptional circumstances, we may unfortunately have to cancel a workshop. If that does occur, we will give you as much prior notice as possible and will refund your booking fee or see if we can accommodate you on an alternative date if you prefer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

Gift Vouchers

Once we have received your payment and contact details we will post your gift card to you. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable once posted out as we cannot control what is done with the voucher. Gift vouchers are redeemable against Sewing Sessions only and not Bespoke Sessions products or hard cash.

Virus protection

We take precautions and protections to minimise the risks that our website is affected by viruses or other electronic attacks. However, we cannot guarantee that those systems and protections will always be fully effective. We therefore recommend that you ensure that your own virus protection software is up to date. We cannot accept any liability for losses you incur in relation to any viruses or other electronic attacks as a result of visiting our website.

Third party rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on our website is intended to benefit any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
